- Breakdown Recovery

- Pull Out (Vehicle Stuck Recovery)
All services are subject to availability, location, and road conditions.
Booking and Payment Terms
- Customers must provide accurate details such as vehicle type, exact location, and problem description when requesting a service.
- Service charges will be confirmed before our team is dispatched.
- Payment must be made in advance or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional charges may apply for long-distance travel, difficult access areas, or complex recovery situations.
Cancellation and No-Refund Policy
- Once a customer requests a service and makes the payment, the booking is considered confirmed.
- If our driver has already been dispatched to the customer’s location and the customer cancels the service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- the vehicle starting to work again,
- the issue being resolved by the customer, or
- the customer deciding that the service is no longer required,
- The dispatch of our driver and vehicle is considered the official start of the service.
- Any cancellation request made after the driver has been dispatched will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Cancellation request for our recovery services will be considered as call out charges and advance payment is not refundable if the road is closed and there is no other access to reach to the customer.
- Customer is eligible for refund in case of our recovery vehicle breakdown and no other recovery coming to recover the job.
- We ask our customers for patience if the driver is late due to traffic and road closures/difficulties.
Service Availability
- We aim to reach customers as quickly as possible; however, arrival time may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or distance.
- All services are provided based on accessibility and safety conditions.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide correct location and contact details.
- Any incorrect or misleading information may result in cancellation of service.
- The vehicle must be accessible and safe for our team to perform the requested service.
Liability Disclaimer
- EK Vehicle Recovery is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
- We are not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that occur before, during, or after our service.
- Our responsibility is limited only to the specific service requested by the customer.
- Prices can be changed/increase if the route is closed and driver need more distance to cover the job.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The situation is unsafe
- The request is illegal
- The location is inaccessible
- The condition is beyond our operational capability
Customer Agreement
By requesting our service and making payment, the customer fully agrees to all Terms and Conditions, including the non-refund policy after driver dispatch.
Changes to Terms
EK Vehicle Recovery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
